This account was the most interesting account to have the pleasure to be associated with. The entire marketing team was knowledgeable and clear on how the develop each office within their southeastern footprint.

With a limited budget, advertising plans were developed to meet the local store location through the use of Outdoor, Print, Television an Radio.

Working closely with the national outdoor companies of Clear Channel and CBS (some local) a series of boards were hand selected in quadrants of the metro to rotate every 30 to 60 days. Radio and/or Print was added for the first two weeks of each rotation to bring added awareness. After the plan was established in each market the advertising was dropped to Outdoor only reducing the advertising cost. Each time the outdoor rotated, the phones and website links increased. In each different market, the research proved that the HomeBanc.com brand was well established among the local audience.

Broadcast and Print Planning and negotiated contracts for the southeast United States markets. Traveled each market to train the local managers on the media available within their trading area.

Purchased local outdoor, newspaper, radio and developed local promotions with the local media vendors.

Working with a team of advertising professionals media plans were developed for local retail stores across the country and started international options.

Broadcast and Print Media buys were handled with local and national media firms depending on the individual trading area needs.

Last Minute Golfer - Atlanta, Georgia - Corporate Client

Mike Last hired me to handled local sports radio stations to develop local promotions with the stations to lead the listener to become a member of the LastMinuteGolfer.com membership for information and discounts for golf clubs across the country.

This project grew to such a large membership that his website was purchased by the national cable Golf Channel.

America's Home Place - Gainesville, Georgia - Corporate Client

Hired to develop advertising plans for each of their offices across the southeast with a set media budget for each sales center. America’s Home Place is a custom home builder that specializes in custom building in both large and small markets. Each sales center makes themselves a intricate part of the local communities. My employ was to work directly with each center to plan and purchase advertising on a local basis, utilizing local outdoor, television, cable, radio, newspaper and local magazines.


The overall scope was to develop local media partnerships for each sales center, plan, buy, traffic the copy & check proof of run, and check all invoices to insure all matched the agreed contact.

MARTA - Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority - Direct Account

Hired by MARTA to setup print and broadcast buys in the Atlanta Metro. Duties included setting up promotional opportunities with the local media to develop good relations with the MARTA rider.

During my tenure with MARTA I developed an annual plan for all local media to introduce the new Breeze Card.
